We make every effort to ensure our product images accurately represent the item you will receive. However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Manufacturers may also make minor design or packaging updates without notice. Please review the product description, dimensions and specifications carefully before ordering.
Your order confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you after your purchase. Registered customers can also view their order details under My Account → Orders. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@ricoplumbing.co.uk with your order number. VAT invoices can also be provided upon request.
Contact us at sales@ricoplumbing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Items must be unused, uninstalled and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Made-to-order and specially sourced products may not be eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours and include clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Many out-of-stock products are regularly replenished. Restocking times depend on the manufacturer and product availability. Contact us with the product name or SKU, and our team will check the expected availability or recommend a suitable alternative.
We deliver throughout mainland UK. Delivery charges and estimated times are calculated according to the product, order size and destination. Additional charges or restrictions may apply to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote locations.
